I use food waste and flowers to naturally dye my fabrics. To name a few ingredients, onion skins, avocado pits and skins, loquat leaves, cosmos, acorns.

The pages are made of BFK Rives printmaking paper 175gsm. Perfect for drawing, printmaking, collaging, and painting. I rip them down so that they have unique deckled edges.

The endbands are matched with the colors of the embroidery and the dyed colors on the cover. cohesive look- ties it together

Each book is embroidered using a combination of machine sewing and a Japanese stitching technique called Sashiko.
